Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Our shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your package, ensuring you receive the best rate possible. Here's a quick guide for our USA customers:
 
-Economy Shipping: For packages under 1 lb, rates around $5. Delivery is expected within 5-8 business days. Add $5 per pound.
- Standard Shipping: For packages under 1 lb, rates around $7. Delivery is expected within 3-5 business days. Add $7 per pound. Orders $60 or more will be delivered using standard shipping for free.
- Express Shipping: For packages under 1 lb, rates around $10, with delivery within 1-3 business days. Add $10 per pound.
 
Please note, these timelines are estimates and do not include a 3-business day window needed for packaging and processing your order with UPS. While we strive to meet these delivery times, please understand that actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to returns, exchanges, or delivery issues.
 

Package Delivery

 
In instances where tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, we kindly ask that you wait an additional 2-3 business days. During this time, please check with neighbors, family members, or others who might have accepted the package on your behalf, and contact the carrier for more information. If the package remains missing, reach out to our customer support team at Lexi's Corner within five (5) business days for further assistance.
 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Lost/Stolen Packages

Accuracy is key when entering your shipping address. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or reship orders if a package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Similarly, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Orders marked as delivered by the tracking information will not be eligible for refunds under these circumstances.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
